1. Build an Agenda
Building an Agenda of what you and your team would like to cover each day and schedule the time for each topic.
It can and should as detailed as you want because they key is to cover as much as possible.
It should be a Current Projects and Future Projects Agenda with a future projects timeframe covering maximum 3–6 Months ahead to be reviewed.
