I have definitely discovered the power of thoughts in this few months in Lockdown and that has brought me to various conclusions, one being
Talking to yourself is underrated!!!!
if you think what is this crazy person talking about you may leave now as this is a space where we talk to ourselves, write weird thoughts, contemplate the existence of life and survive in this path with no return (at least we think) that we each find ourselves in.
Lockdown has made me think, about the future, the past, the present, What is and what not?
But how can you really contemplate life if not with yourself?
I talked to myself in the past but not like now, I know have understood the power within it.
Who knows me best? Who knows how I act? That I cry at least each month? Need to listen to music? Procrastinate excitingly, and am scared about the future?
Well the answer is ME
and in your case it would be YOU
I have found that talking to myself has helped me survive this months, not that I don’t talk to anyone, I am not suggesting that, but
You know You better than anyone
It has really helped me focus on life, decisions, moments, emotions and actions.
If you still think I might be crazy, do not worry, I did too and that is why I did some research to make sure Lockdown and Life in general were not turning me completely bunkers, at least not just yet.
It is proven that Talking to yourself can help better reflect on decisions, you as a person and life in general.
